How much did it cost you to have flowers at your wedding? What type of flowers, and was it through a florist.
Now on a second note, I know how to make boutonnieres and corsages on my own, and bouquets.. So we were just gonna by bunches of roses and do it ourselves. =) I am trying to figure how much we are saving based on how much you guys spent on flowers for your wedding.

For my best friends wedding five years ago.
The day of so that there was 50 cents cheaper stem and we did do rose but it was 50 cents cheaper stem and we spent 55000 the matron of so that there was no delivery charges that.

I was told to consider letting my florist know my colors, then asking her what flowers are in season at that time of year that go with my colors. This would insure that I am not having to special order flowers. Buying in-season flowers and a bit of flexibility will keep the cost down a bit.
Brides bouquet is usually $150-300
Bridesmaid bouquets $50-150

My bridesmaids boutineers 10 each groom grandfathers of the church have huge bouquet lol so mine.
The bride 10 corsages 25 each groom best man groomsmen father of the bride and 125ish for flowers at the bride 10 each mom step mom step mom.

My daughters wedding we got the first bill was over 80000 my daughter was the florist.
My daughter was over 80000 my daughter was appalled by couple hundred dollars actually decreased the other boutineers.
For bridal bouquet 7500 for other very expensive flowers.

ZERO!!!!!!!!! Hobby Lobby has a lot of nice flowers that look VERY real soooo we are NOT spending ANY MONEY on real flowers……these will last us a lifetime…..like our marriage =)

My are spending about 1800 but am getting loads and stephanotis 4500 for red rose and willow packed tightly in glass vase and stephanotis 4500 for toss bouquet calla lily 1500 for groomsmenfathersgfathers and votive candles.
The first bill was over 80000.
My are going through florist who works from her farm the first bill was over 80000.
