I will be getting married at the end of January in Pennsylvania. The bridesmaids’ dresses will be a deep purple. What kind of flowers would be readily available and inexpensive? I’d like something that is a medium shade of purple.

I read somewhere that white doesn’t look so nice. Does anyone have a picture of someone in an ivory dress with white flowers? My other colors will be a pale yellow and a nice purple. Not too dark but not pale either. Wedding is in July. Thanks!

Peachy Keen, Jelly Bean asked:
My wedding date is March 6th and we’re trying to decide what flowers would work for the wedding and reception. The colors are black, white, and yellow and I’d like for the arrangements to have more yellow than white (we’re thinking of using black ribbons). We’re just not sure what flowers bloom around the time of the wedding. Any advice?
